Welcome to Hart County Schools Online Registration!

Hart County Schools uses Infinite Campus for online registration.

The registration process differs depending on whether the student is new to the district, currently enrolled, or has siblings already enrolled.  Find information below for each scenario: 

2025-2026 Applications

NEW Student Enrollment will Open July 1, 2025

Click the new button above if you have never had the student enrolled at Hart County Schools.

A new student is defined as a student that has never been enrolled in the Hart County School System. (students who were previously enrolled but withdrew during the 2024-2025 school year are also considered new)

Note: Be sure to write down your application number.

Things you will need for the application:

  • A valid email address is required to begin online registration

  • Include Your Full Name

  • Date of Birth

  • Phone Number

  • Name of Student(s)

  • Name of School(s) Student(s) will attend.

  • You will need to visit your assigned school to provide your student's enrollment documentation (if not uploaded to application). Your student will not be enrolled until the documentation has been received. 

Current Students

In preparation for the 2025-2026 school year, current families will need to complete the online Annual Update for their current HCS students. This important, online process will allow parents to update student information including medical conditions, communication preferences, and household address. 

A returning student is defined as any student who was actively enrolled last year at any HCS school. You are a returning student even if you are attending a new HCS school due to promotion (i.e. moving from 4-year-old preschool to kindergarten or moving from 8th grade to 9th grade at Hart County High School).

The Annual Update for the 2025-2026 school year will begin June 2, 2025.  

To complete your Annual Update you will need access to your Infinite Campus Parent Portal Account. 

You’ll need the following to complete your annual update:

  • Access to your Infinite Campus Parent Portal Account

  • Parent information including email address, work, and cell phone numbers

  • Student information such as health and medication information including insurance

  • Emergency Contact information including full legal name, date of birth, and phone numbers

What if I don’t have a Parent Portal Account?

For help setting up a Parent Portal Account please contact the district office at 270-524-4593 or 270-524-4311.

What if I don’t have computer or internet access?

Families that do not have internet access, a computer, or a current email address can use a kiosk station at their child’s school to register during normal business hours.

I don't know my Username and/or passwords.
You can reset your username/password if you have a current email in Parent Portal.

Non-Resident Students

Non-resident students are those students who reside with their legal parents/guardians outside the boundaries of the Hart County School District. Residency cannot be established through living with a relative or friend within the District.

Non-resident students wishing to enroll or re-enroll for the coming school year shall be required to submit a Non-resident Student Transfer/Registration form. Enrollment of each nonresident student must be approved annually by the Superintendent, based on the recommendation of the Principal. The Superintendent will share this information with the Board at the next regular meeting.

Non-resident applicants shall be considered as long as their enrollment and attendance will not exceed the maximum class size as specified by KRS 157.360 and 702 KAR 003:190.

Forms must be obtained from your child's school. Parents/Guardians must complete the form and return to the school of intended enrollment by July 30, 2025.

Preschool Students

Registration will open soon for Hart County Preschool for the 2025-2026 school year. If you have a child who will be 3 or 4 on August 1st, please call the Preschool department at 270-524-9345 to see if they are eligible for our program!
