Freshmen and sophomore HOSA Health Science students were excited to attend the Future Healthcare Heroes Camp hosted by Southcentral Community and Technical College. The students enjoyed rotating sessions learning about health career options through hands-on activities in the areas of Nursing, Respiratory Therapy, Radiography, Surgical Technology, Medical Laboratory Technology, Medical Information Technology as well as visiting with local healthcare community partners. SKYCTC also presented dual credit opportunities and program requirements for admission.
Students were grateful for the opportunity to attend, and we thank SKYCTC for hosting this event.
