High School Athletics Registration 2025-2026
Students who are interested in trying out for cross country, golf, cheerleading, dance, soccer, girls volleyball, boys volleyball, football, basketball, wrestling, archery, baseball, softball, track and field, and tennis will complete this online athletic packet, which includes uploading the KHSAA physical evaluation form. All fields must be completed before a student can participate in tryouts or other activities within athletics. All information must be submitted prior to the first day of tryouts. If you have questions or concerns, please email the Athletic Director before the first day of practice/tryouts so that the issue can be resolved.
